Wes Olson, President
Wes Olson’s story begins with a hammer in hand, learning the art of construction by working alongside his father, a skilled brick mason. This early exposure laid the foundation for his lifelong passion for building and problem-solving. Wes launched his construction career in 2000, refining his expertise through hands-on work in framing, tiling, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry. By 2007, his dedication and vision culminated in the founding of Ridge Point Custom Luxury Homes. Wes graduated from Utah Valley University with an undergraduate degree in business management, further enhancing his ability to lead and innovate within the industry.
Not only is Wes a master of his craft, but he also approaches each home with the eye of an artist, transforming spaces into functional works of art. His ability to conquer challenges head-on and bring innovative solutions to the table ensures that every client’s dream becomes a reality. Outside the world of construction, Wes finds adventure in hiking, snowboarding, and mountain biking, pursuits that reflect his connection to nature and his relentless drive to excel.
Tomi Olson
Behind every smoothly executed project at Ridge Point Custom Luxury Homes is Tomi Olson, the driving force of organization and efficiency. A world traveler with a keen eye for quality, Tomi excels at sourcing top-tier materials and cultivating trusted relationships with suppliers. Her ability to take a client’s vision and find the perfect finishes—whether it’s carpeting, fixtures, or furnishings—is second to none. Tomi finds inspiration and renewal in nature, a reflection of the authenticity, artistic creativity, and passion she brings to every project. In her spare time, she engages in a wide range of outdoor and artistic pursuits-including photography, jewelry making to painting- continually exploring new ways to create, express and experience. Each endeavor is infused with a distinct sense of beauty and thoughtfulness.
Tomi’s background in business management, honed through her studies at Brigham Young University, fuels her exceptional organizational skills and commitment to precision. She ensures no detail is overlooked and no task is left unfinished, making her indispensable to the Ridge Point team. Her dedication to excellence, combined with her creative problem-solving skills, ensures that every project not only meets expectations but also surpasses them.
Lee Olson
Lee Olson brings over 40 years of masonry expertise to the Ridge Point team, embodying the timeless dedication of a true craftsman. Born and raised in Coalville, Utah, Lee’s roots run deep in the local community, and his knowledge of the area’s rich heritage informs his work. A former owner of Lee Olson Masonry, he has mastered both residential and commercial projects, leading and mentoring crews on large-scale endeavors.
Since joining Ridge Point in 2008, Lee has continued to share his passion and skills, adding unmatched depth to the team’s craftsmanship. At 73, his enthusiasm for construction remains as strong as ever. Whether it’s precise stonework or passing on techniques he’s refined over decades, Lee’s contributions breathe life into every Ridge Point home. When he’s not on-site, Lee enjoys fishing, ranching, gardening and savoring the Utah outdoors, reflecting the values of hard work and respect for nature.
